[Ubuntu] git push fails

Hi,

when building GRASS packages for Launchpad [1] I have problem with

git push --all --set-upstream

which fails with

Branch vdigit set up to track remote branch vdigit from origin.
error: failed to push some refs to
'git+ssh://martinl-guest@git.debian.org/git/pkg-grass/grass.git'
hint: Updates were rejected because a pushed branch tip is behind its remote
hint: counterpart. Check out this branch and integrate the remote changes
hint: (e.g. 'git pull ...') before pushing again.
hint: See the 'Note about fast-forwards' in 'git push --help' for details.

Any idea what could be wrong? Thanks, Ma
