    After the latest updates to gdal and geos, Spatialite_gui gets

    removed, and can't be installed:<br>

    The following packages have unmet dependencies:<br>

     spatialite-gui : Depends: libgeos-c1 (>= 3.4.2) but it is not

    going to be installed<br>

    E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.<br>

    <br>

    This is on a Mint 17.3 system with the ubuntugis-unstable repo.<br>
