latest QGIS and old GDAL (not for Xenial which has no GDAL 2 in the<br/>

latest QGIS with updated GDAL, currently 2.2<br/>

only the ubuntugis stable ppa<br/>
older versions, currently QGIS 2.14 and GDAL 2.1<br/>
