[OSGeo-UK] New local chapter web presence

Dear All,

The UK OSGeo local chapter now has a web presence on the main OSGeo website- find our pages here: http://www.osgeo.org/uk

This is a work in progress, dependant on sorting out new content, menus and such like, and also figuring out where some of our great resources (like the public geodata list- thanks Bill) would be better merged with global lists rather than being maintained separately.

The wiki will remain accessible, but the bulk of the new content in future will be added directly to the main site.
