[OSGeo-UK] PostGIS to Arc Geodatabase

Year ago I was helping with the PgArc connector (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pgarc/)  I doubt it still works, but in case you wanted to see an example of how it was done.  Oh boy, waaaay back in 2003 for ArcMap 8.x :)
