[OSGeo-UK] PostGIS to Arc Geodatabase

My initial thought would be to look at ogr2ogr writing to a file based
format like good old Shape.

You can specify the SQL to extract a subset of data using the -sql option in
you're ogr2ogr command which when reading from Postgres simply passes the
SQL to the database.
