[OSGeo-UK] List of OSS in Public Sector

For those of you who work with/for public sector, it's worth adding your
OSS GIS application to the list.

Towards the bottom of the page there is a link to Open Source Software
Options for Government compiled by the government.  I guess GIS software
is one of the most expensive solutions for any organization. Will be
good to see how we can incorporate a comprehensive list of open source
GIS to the list!
