[OSGeo-UK] UK Digest, Vol 63, Issue 3

I did a test using TileMill and Mastermap a few months ago and it was quite
easy to convert some of the default styles available on the internet for
MasterMap to CartoCSS. I only did a small test but from what I remember it
was easier than I expected.

I could do with doing this for the day job anyway, so would be happy to
help.
