[OSGeo-UK] Follow-up questions from PostGIS Day

Dear all,

Here's the link to the site with the OSM boundary vector data:
https://osm.wno-edv-service.de/boundaries/

For coastal countries the polygons extend to maritime boundaries, not 
the actual land borders.
This site can be down at busy times, as apparently right now.
