[OSGeo-UK] OSGeo:UK local chapter update

Hi Suchith,

I think we've already discussed this- it couldn't be a free service to
universities/training providers as the local chapter has a limited amount
of funds, but we could certainly arrange for the printing/delivery. We will
need to work out the logistics of this (remembering that everyone has day
jobs and not necessarily lots of storage space) but in general it sounds
fine.
