[OSGeo-UK] Venue for London PostGIS day

As Jo announced a few months ago (
http://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/discuss/2014-July/013047.html) the UK
chapter is organising a couple of PostGIS themed events in the UK at the
end of November.

We're excited to announce that the London event will be held at the British
Computer Society HQ on the 20th November 2014.
