[OSGeo-UK] Donations to projects

I love the idea of sponsoring software, I'd suggest GeoTools and GeoServer
too (though obviously I'm biased :-)) - I also expect they fall into the
hard to give money group. One other option might be to provide support for
UK developers travelling to OSGeo code sprints.
