<pre wrap="">Dear All,
Just a reminder that there is an OSGeo UK IRC meeting today at 3pm. I may not be able to attend as may still be in a work meeting, but please feel free to go ahead anyhow.
How to join:
1) Join the irc.freenode.net network
2) Join the #osgeo-uk channel
As an update of what has been going on recently:
There were 19 UK people at the recent FOSS4G conference in Barcelona- we never managed to get more than a couple in the same room at the same time however!
We are in the process of getting a stand-up banner printed, courtesy of Mike Saunt, but are waiting for feedback from the OSGeo Marketing committee about that. Mike has kindly offered to sort out the logo as well, so that is ongoing.
The next meeting will informally be next week (29th) at the AGI conference, over lunch.
Thanks all, and apologies in advance if I don't make the IRC meeting- if someone could log it and post the results to the list that would be great.
Jo
