<p class="MsoNormal">We have a particular user who is not able to use a particular machine. We believe it is the combination of the person and the PC that is the issue. The window shows: qgis-bin.exe is not responding<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I understand this means there is some left behind trace of a previous install which is causing conflict with the current situation for this user. I am not sure how to clear all this out, bar recreation of the user’s profile. Maybe that
