    <p>We will have to work out the practicalities of this (i.e. how to

      doable. </p>

          Just for clarification - are you proposing that to be a member

          OSGeo:UK, a person should be a Charter Member of OSGeo? (A

          Member is a specific role - there was an email on one of the
          other OSGeo <br>
          lists recently, I will circulate it to the UK list shortly).
          Or another <br>
          type of member of OSGeo?<br>
