[Webcom] Layout update

the SVN idea was related at the spreadfirefox themes. nothing more.
all layout features and templates are stored there and no sensible data 
is stored there.

it would be nice, anyway, to rename it "spreadosgeo" or "osgeo"  to let 
us update in future with new drupal versions and take advantage of new 
spreadfirefox layouts.
