[Webcom] Website theme changes!!

Hi Bob,
I don't know if we all have the same idea.
In my opinion the right side bar for OSGeo should be the same for each 
project. At the same time the project site admin can add other tools or 
menu or blocks to the left and right side bars as he/she prefer.
This will allow a complete customization of all project sites except for 
the first box of the right sidebar.

does this make sense?

the actual test site for Mapguide (mapguide.osgeo.net) show quite no 
customization except for the logo on top and no menu on the left 
sidebar. This can easily be changed by Jason or who other has admin 
access to mapguide.osgeo.net
