[Webcom] Grant me the translator role..

Hi all,

Nice to introduce myself to all of you. I'm Sanghee Shin from South Korea
and a member of OSGeo Korean Language Chapter. Currently I am working at
Gaia3D Inc. in Seoul.

I and other Korea people have formed a Korean language local chapter last
month. Yes.. At this time it's unofficial Korean Language Chapter.. ^^;

To celebrate our formation of local chapter we'd like to translate OSGeo web
page as a first task of our local chpater.  So please grant the translator
role to me and to other korean people who will ask the translator role soon.
