<font size=3>I would like to thank everyone for their response. I started

looking into Mapserver MapScript as suggested by several people and it

does everything I need. It only took me a few hours to get a first

prototyp up and running. Since MapScript provides easy ways to create

features through the PHP API I will probably use that instead of going

through KML (all my data is stored in MySQL).<br><br>
