meruvian is a non profit organization, legal. and we have several
revenue model, in indonesia we called it "koperasi" a small unit to
get funding, by training, do seminar, and a lot of activity, as a sub
unit of course

and i can show the legal entity that all the money must be return back
to social program, legally under goverment regulatiion, and if
meruvian is closed, all the money must be transfer to the same entity
(foundation).

i hear tis is 203(5) in USA,

we provide FREE training, and also "paid" seminary for our revenue
model, but hope fully next month we will try to training 1000 person
for FREE, all same course based on funding.

and we also help goverment to have open curriculum, so anyone can
learn (Java and Linux mostly), and we translte Eclipse education
material and distributed it FREE-ly.

my experience, we need global network to promote something, esp
OpenSource which we focusing.

there is my slide, may be anyone interest to learn
