[ZOO-Discuss] Download ZOO releases

It would be really good to have this then from the next RC.
The reason why I wanted to have a release version was, that I wanted to try
to build a package (currently doing this for pgRouting).
It obviously doesn't make much sense to build packages for every commit to
SVN.
Well, let's wait for 1.2 RC then.
