sorry for delay for so small answer.

You should try replacing the MS_LDFLAGS  value from :

> -L/home/lucadelu/compilati/mapserver-6-4-1/build -lmapserver

To 

> /home/lucadelu/compilati/mapserver-6-4-1/build/libmapserver.so

I guess it will work after that.
