can you tell me what is the version of ZOO-Project you are using ?

Indeed, if you look into the 1.5.0 release, you should not have any message about libgeos anymore in such a situation as it should now be well spelled as you can see here [1]. So, I suppose that you are using an older version of the ZOO-Kernel or that you did not run autoconf in the ZOO-Kernel source directory which leads to use an old configure script. I would like to invite you to try the latest 1.5.0 version and try to build this version which should solve this issue.

For building the ZOO-Kernel internal MapServer support you will require to have a compiled version of MapServer-6.2.0 which contained the mapserver-config tool required. Note that, even if mapserver-config is used to fetch the MapServer compilation options it won’t be required at runtime, so if you have a similar configuration for 6.4.1 and 6.2.0 version then you can use the 6.4.1 version at runtime. So your ZOO-Kernel will use MapServer 6.4.1 even if it was build using the MapServer 6.2.0 configuration options.
