</span></span><br>There is no file ogr_sp.zo. I have got the files ogr_service.zo and ogr2ogr_service.zo.<br>You can find the dependencies check for 'ogr_service.zo' here [3].<br>You can find the dependencies check for 'ogr2ogr_service.zo' here [4].<br>
You can find the dependencies check for 'zoo_loader.cgi' here [5].<br><br>As mentioned before I used the installer from <a href="http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/">http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/</a>. <br>I didn't compile the kernel.<br>

standard tools providen in Visual Studio Express edition:<br>

Note that it may be interesting also to try running the same request<br>
from the command prompt to see more clearly what is happening when<br>
Apache is trying to run the program. To run ZOO-Kernel from the command<br>
line, please use the following syntaxe :<br>

.\zoo_loader.cgi "<YOUR_REQUEST>"<br>
<br>
Where <YOUR_REQUEST> should be replaced by the content following the<br>
quotation mark in the url you providen.<br>

I hope that this will help us to understand better where the issue<br>
occurs.<br>
