[ZOO-PSC] OSGeo incubation motion: change mentor

Dear all,

Following the exchanges and in order to facilitate the process, I would
like to update you that I sent a motion to the incubation committee to step
down as mentor of the ZOO project and to appoint a new one.

Let me express my sincere thanks for the experience and for allowing me to
participate this way in a great project. I think that the project is in
good standing and I would be very happy to see it graduate very soon.

I wish the project and all the members of the PSC all the best.
