Dear Gerald,
Congratulations! Your presentation entitled ZOO-Project Status: Past, Present and Future steps has been accepted for the FOSS4G 2011 conference in Denver. We had a great set of abstracts submitted and are excited about the high quality of the program.
Presentations will be organized in blocks of 30 minutes, with 20 minutes for the presentation, 5 minutes for questions and 5 minutes to switch between sessions. Please ensure that your presentation fits into 20 minutes as we will enforce this time limit.
We do require presenters to register for the conference. You can register online at <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://2011.foss4g.org">http://2011.foss4g.org</a>. Since the announcement of speakers is slightly behind schedule, we have extended the early registration deadline to June 30th. We encourage you to register by then to obtain a discounted rate.
The full schedule with all presentation times will be posted on the FOSS4G web site by this Friday, June 10th.
We have secured a room block at the conference hotel, the Sheraton Downtown Denver. Please book your discounted hotel room online by visiting the Sheraton’s website here.
Also, please reply to this email to confirm that you will be able to attend and present at the conference in Denver.
