[OSGeo Africa] open source GIS CD

If you are talking about software, we have put a whole collection of  
GEOFOSS tools on our GeoNetwork opensource CD. We will soon work on  
an update of that CD. You can download the ISO image from the  
community website: http://geonetwork.sourceforge.net
