[OSGeo Africa] Interesting maps: internet connectivity - haves and have-nots

A quick look at
http://www.chrisharrison.net/projects/InternetMap/index.html shows just
where the bright centres of the internet are, and they're not Africa, Asia
or Latin America. Lots of room for progress and inprovement, I guess....
