[OSGeo Africa] FOSS4G who is going? what do you want to see

I have been watching on the various community and osgeo lists for any 
sign of the FOSS4G (http://conference.osgeo.org/index.php/foss4g/2008) 
conference. And I am not hearing much....

Out of all the email lists I expect to be abuzz with excitement this is 
the one. How many people here are planning on attending? Is it something 
you are talking to your co-workers and customers about (or are they 
talking to you?).

Basically what is up?
