The OSGeo Africa local chapter will be holding an 'Introduction to QGIS'
course 

 

on Sat 27 June 

 

at St Davids Marist Inanda College, Sandton, Johannesburg.

 

from 08h30 to 15h30

 

Cost: 250, includes lunch and refreshments

 

Back in November 08 we ran a short intro to various FOSS GIS packages in
one morning. This one will be a whole-day, much more in-depth, hands-on
look at Quantum GIS. 

 

Presenters: Tim Sutton (on QGIS project steering committee), Brendon
Wolf-Piggott, Graeme McFerren and Gavin Fleming.
