[OSGeo Africa] Request for assistance with OPENGIS Studies

I 'm pleased to be the Assistance that you 're looking for but I need to be
trained;I 'm using openGIS (Quantum GIS) 4 months ago so a training for
capacities bulding will be interest for me. Before OpenGIS I usually use
ARCGIS (from ESRI) & ENVI.
