Research opportunities on 'Sensors, Empowerment, Accountability in Tanzania (SEMA)'

The research programme "Sensors, Empowerment, Accountability in Tanzania (SEMA)<http://www.nwo.nl/nwohome.nsf/pages/NWOP_8HZC8C_Eng>" is funded by the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO) under the WOTRO-Global Science for Development Programme. Three PhD candidates, one Postdoctoral Scientist and one software developer will be recruited.
