[OSGeo Africa] SITA FOSS software challenge

so there's still time if you're fast or have something nearly ready!

The Challenge

Create a new application for use by Government and the citizens of South 
Africa.

The Challenge is designed to motivate and reward participants who 
develop innovative, creative, functional and original applications of 
relevance to the Public Service by using open source software and 
publiclly-available datasets

The Rewards

  * 1st prize:  R150,000
  * 2nd prize: R75,000
  * 3rd prize:  R25,000
