[OSGeo Africa] Upcoming courses: Enterprise GIS with FOSS; QGIS and PostGIS

Hi Gavin 
I¹m very keen to do the QGIS course with a colleague from school which of
the two do you recommend?
I¹m just waiing for financial approval from the schools finance people, I
will let you know as soon as possible.
