[OSGeo Africa] error

Hi All
 
Who run the comrades well done .  
 
 
I  am running Apache/Php on Windows system. Opem control panel system and security , administrative tool and then services. 
 
The appache /Php server runs as ervice name EnterpiseDB Apache/php.
 
When is press start like to start the service it is not running.
 
Errors : (could not start the enterpriseDB apache/php service on local computor.
 
            Errors 3 The system cannot find the path specified
 
How can is solve this problem
