[OSGeo Africa] Installing postgresql 9.1.3

Its your database you must create your own password during the installation
process. You are going to struggle a lot, take my word for it.

I realy reckonmend you read the user manual and installation guide.
The developers has spend anlot of time to write those documents sonspend
the time to read it.
