[OSGeo Africa] Fire risk modelling in QGIS

Hi All

I thought I would post the new case study [1] we just had added to
qgis.orgas it covers fire risk mapping and thought it might be
relevant to users
here in Africa since we seem to be burning to bits most of the time if you
take a quick look at AFIS [2].
