[OSGeo Africa] Uganda Topography and Geology Data

Good day,

Can anybody tell me where I can find reliable data for Uganda? I tried
their mining website:
http://www.uganda-mining.go.ug/magnoliaPublic/en/dataportal.html and tried
to phone them but no luck so far.

Any help will be appreciated.
