I ironically collected a copy of this data from StatsSA in Pretoria on 
Wednesday. The dataset is provided on a CDROM after a simple contact details 
form is filled in. 

StatsSA are very eager for feedback from users of this dataset, hence the 
contact form. I'll forward a copy of the feedback form once I have a copy.
