Hi
No need for that - you can either export the file to Access and then save it
as a .dbf file from there, or you can spend a few dollars and get one of the
available Excel add-ons (e.g. the one from http://thexlwiz.blogspot.com/ )

You can import the file into Excel 2003 if you can source one & convert it
to DBF from there.
