[OSGeo Africa] Education districts

Hi

If anyone is interested, I took Franks school district dataset and the
LGE2011 dataset from [1]  and made an atlas (using new goodies coming in
QGIS 2.0) which shows voter participation by school district. The thesis
being it would be interesting to see how voter participation looks in the
contect of education districts. You can download the pdf I produced here:

I used the Wards dataset from [3] and merged (via a table join) a summary
of the electorial data per ward which I prepared using a bash script I
wrote (available here [4]). The script is really rough - just a work log of
what I did to extract useful info out of it....your mileage may vary....

Its so nice to see all these datasets being made public....
