[OSGeo Africa] What happened to the NGI web site?

A few months ago Rural development was hit by a major Hack - its been 
downhill ever since.

Many of the departments email systems have been down as well - don't 
know for how long but certainly the last 1-2 weeks or so. We just heard 
that CSG's emails are back up and running as of today - don't know about 
other departments though.

I am told that there is a major website re-design in the making. I do 
not know if that's true or just a cover story.
