[OSGeo Africa] Rural Development and Land Reform -- Ministers Budget Speech 2013

    Minister Gugile Nkwinti (Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform) 
    will be holding a media briefing tomorrow 31st May 2013 at the Imbizo 
    Centre in Parliament at 13h00 to discuss the tabling of his budget vote  
    ( and land affairs in general but specifically the 1913 Land Act , 
    Project 2013 , Reversing the legacy of the 1913 Natives Land Act )

    Anyone got any idea of what he is going to be saying / doing ? ( and the 
    possibility of the Rand going R12.00 to the dollar )
