I use the NGI aerial imagery for my site:

http://aerial.openstreetmap.org.za/?zoom=14&lat=-25.67146&lon=27.22804&layers=B0T

There is a new overlay which once zoomed-in shows the source NGI
aerial filenames.

To use the imagery in qgis, save this file:
http://aerial.openstreetmap.org.za/aerial-osm-org-za-tiles.xml and
open it as a raster layer.
