[OSGeo Africa] IEC Voting Station Finder

There are a couple of voting stations within a ward. According to the IEC
website, your voting station is allocated according to your voting district
[1]. There should be a shape file for those voting districts but IEC only
makes a slippy map available which can't be reverse-engineered.
