[OSGeo Africa] Enumeration Shapefiles for Zambia Census

We recently went through the process of looking for this exact same data
set. We managed to track down a 2006 data set for wards, but the 2010 data
is simply not available.

I'm looking for shapefiles of Zambian census enumeration areas (or as low
level of aggregation as possible). Does anyone know if these can be found
publicly anywhere, and if not, any suggestions on who to contact?
