[OSGeo Africa] Contact Persons for Municipal data

Hi all

I require some assistance. I am looking for contact people with regards to Municipal Infrastructure data? Specifically focused on smaller municipalities.

On my previous question about corrosion. I made a slight error. It is for atmospheric corrosion. So areas that will cause corrosion, but not from soil conditions.
