[OSGeo Africa] KMZ/KML files in QGIS

It is possible for QGIS (2.0.1) to read zipped files / KMZ - you probably
have to make sure you have the options set up properly:

   - Options | Data sources- set the "Scan for contents ..." to "Full scan".

Try enabling that and see if you get the same behaviour with the file (no
features).
