[OSGeo Africa] GIS shapefiles for SG allotment areas

Generally you could just ask the SG office in your province - the data is

Good morning

Does anybody have open-access GIS shapefiles for the "major regions" (admin
districts) and "minor regions" (allotment areas) that the Surveyor General
uses to assign SG 21-digit codes? If these are available out there, could
they be shared with the OSGeo Africa listserver members?
