Please make use of this freely downloadable Excel based utility that
can convert from:
1. Gauss Conform -> Geographic, Transverse Mercator, UTM and Geocentric
Cartesian coordinates
2. Geographic -> Gauss Conform, Transverse Mercator, UTM and Geocentric
Cartesian coordinates      
3. Geocentric Cartesian -> Geographic, Gauss Conform, Transverse
Mercator and UTM coordinates
4. dd.ddddddd <-> dd mm.sssss <-> dd mm ss.sssss
